you must be at level 87. so you can get the quest at the cleaner in tradinghole

in the server i playing right now is lvl 86... get the quest at the cleaner... the Mobs you need to hit is Loosen Halogen (the dog in TH)... it will drop a key and give it to the cleaner and you can go in CP...
